B. Sorting
The collected PET bottles undergo thorough sorting to remove impurities and non-PET materials.
C. Shredding
The cleaned PET bottles are shredded into small flakes with sizes between 2mm - 12mm.
D. Hot Washing
Through advanced hot washing techniques, we remove any residual contaminants. In addition we are applying caustic soda to ensure a clean and pure product.
E. Rinse
After a hot washing process, the flakes undergo a thorough rinse to remove any leftover cleaning agents or solvents used earlier in the recycling process. We have 3 cold washing processes to further ensuring our product's cleanliness
F. Inspection
PET flakes undergo meticulous scrutiny to identify and eliminate any remaining impurities or defects. Any substandard flakes that could compromise the integrity of the end products are systematically removed during this phase
G. Quality control
Our experienced team conducts rigorous quality checks at each stage to maintain consistency and deliver top-notch PET flakes.
